300 gr Serrano ham 150 gr thickly-sliced, crusty bread 2 ripe tomatoes 2 fresh garlic cloves Olive oil
PREPARATION:
Cut the SERRANO ham into thin, short slices. Lightly toast the bread, then rub with a little garlic and tomato and sprinkle with olive oil. Arrange the Serrano ham on the slices of bread.
