On 15th, 16th, and 17th May, Peñafiel will open its doors to the world
to present the 12th Wine Fair of the “Ribera del Duero” Denomination of Origin (D.O.).

A rendezvous in which to taste and get acquainted with all the wines from this prestigious D.O.

The Fair provides a unique and inimitable opportunity, capable of offering a leading product in its place of origin.

Each year, more exhibitors, more visitors, wider range of activities, more business volume, more international and national exposure

For the visitor:
The possibility to get familiarised with this top quality product from the hands of the actual producers, without intermediaries. Wine cellar owners, enologists, and vine-growers are responsible for introducing the products to each visitor.


For the exhibitor:

In the 2003 edition, some 15,000 visitors, among them a largely professional majority; hoteliers, distributors, restaurateurs, wine-waiters, visited the Fair in search of new wines and willing to meet and  network with the wine producers of the Ribera area.

Schedule
Saturday, 15 and Sunday, 16 May, from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. non stop.
Monday, 17 May, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. non stop, day reserved exclusively for professionals.

Target audience
Due to its nature, RIBEREXPO is aimed at professionals of the sectors related to the world and culture of wine,
who can, in a single day and in a single place, taste all of the wines produced
in the Ribera del Duero D.O. and speak directly with the wine makers,
vine-growers and wine-cellar managers. Also aimed at wine lovers, potential consumers.
