Strips of vegetables

INGREDIENTS: |

100 g Vegetables in small strips: leeks, carrots and courgette 6 Shrimps Small onion Mint Oil

METHOD: |
|
Cut the leeks, carrot and courgette into thin strips Season and sauté with a little oil for one minute. On one side, sauté the peeled shrimps for 30 seconds which leaves them a little done. For the vinegarette, crush the mint leaves with olive oil.

PRESENTATION: |

Place the vegetables onto the plate, putting the shrimps on top of these and lastly, decorate with the mint vinegarette |
