Baked anglerfish
 
     
 
INGREDIENTS:
  1Small angler fish of 400 g
2 Cloves of garlic
1 Sprig of parsley
1 Chili
50 cl Virgin olive oil
10 cl Jerez vinegar
   
METHOD:
  Clean the anglerfish removing the skin and its insides, and lightly placing it in a non stick frying pan in order to then place in the oven for 25 minutes at 150º
On the other hand, cut the garlic and the chili into flat strips and brown them in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the vinegar over the fish.
