Hake with Albufera Sauce

350 g Clean fresh hake 10 g Coosur oil 10 g Peeled garlic 10 g Parsley 5 g Cayenne pepper 10 g Seeds 15 g Bread 1 Chili Fumet 1 Medium potato 110 g Fine mussles

METHOD: |
