PREPARATION:
The slices of serrano ham should be as thin as possible. Remove from the refrigerador 10-15 minutes before eating but keep covered. Serve the ham on its own, because this simplest way of serving it is also the most delicious way to enjoy its true flavour: HAM AND ONLY HAM
